• Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Valid Reasons for Return:
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Installation or usage issue persists even after support assistance.
Important: Low water pressure and incorrect fitment due to bathroom design are not product
defects. ZT Neo is a mechanically operated product and requires a minimum water pressure of
0.8–1 bar. Compatibility and fitment must be checked before purchase.
Non-Returnable Situations
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
• Product installed/used incorrectly without contacting support first.
• Damage due to mishandling, improper installation, or non-standard plumbing.
• Missing/damaged original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
• Visible wear & tear, stains, or modifications.
Return Process
1. Request Approval: Contact us at support@zerotouch.in or call +91 8121527032 within 7 days
of delivery. Share photos/videos for faster resolution.
2. Support Troubleshooting: Our team will guide you to resolve fitment and pressure issues.
3. Return Authorization: If unresolved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization with shipping
address.
4. Shipping the Product: Customers must self-ship the item in original packaging with all parts.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer for non-defective issues.
5. Inspection & Refund: Refund processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refund Terms
• Full Refund — For manufacturing defects or transit damage.
• Partial Refund / Rejection — If returned item is incomplete, damaged, or not meeting stated
conditions.
• Refunds go to original payment method. For COD, bank details will be requested.
